On this website, there is an AI built on my voice and my thinking. It can answer questions about how I work and help you find the right starting point, and it will always tell you it is the AI. On the phone, there is no AI at all. You call, you get me. Two channels, two postures, on purpose.
On the website, the AI

Right here on the site, you can ask questions and get straight answers about what I do, which service fits your situation, and what working together looks like. It is trained on my voice and the way I think about law firm operations, so it sounds like me and points you in the direction I would.
It is honest about being an AI. It will not pretend to be me, and it will not try to close you. When you are ready for the real conversation, it hands you straight to me and helps you book a call. Using AI well, out in the open, is part of how I think firms should be run in this age. So I built it into my own front door first.
The AI is here for convenience and quick answers. It is never a substitute for the real conversation with me.

The AI on the website is a convenience, a way to get quick answers and book time at any hour. It is never a replacement for me. When it matters, you talk to me directly.
